Complaints procedure

The German Supply Chain Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG) establishes corporate responsibility for compliance with human rights and environmental protection standards in global supply chains. In accordance with this law, the AHS Group in Germany maintains a whistleblowing system through which both AHS employees and external individuals can submit complaints in accordance with the LkSG.

Complaints can be submitted in written or verbal form (e-mail, letter, telephone, etc.) to:

The whistleblower will receive confirmation of receipt of the complaint. The identity of the whistleblower will be treated confidentially.
